In 2006 he graduated from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov” with a degree in economic geography.
In 2014, he participated in the Russian Science Foundation grant 14-18-02713 “The potential of Russia’s interaction with Latin America in the formation of global regulation mechanisms and ensuring global food and energy security.”
Deals with problems of economic cooperation between Latin American countries and Russia. Explores the evolution of economic doctrines for the development of Latin American countries.
In 2016-2018 served as deputy director of the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
